Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Remote Customer Service Professional. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling phone, chat, and email inquiries from our clients and tenants. You'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for any questions, concerns, or issues they may have, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants
- Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with team members to ensure reputed company inquiries are handled reputed company and effectively
- Keeping detailed records of reputed company customer interactions and following up as needed
- Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in using various computer programs and systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of property management software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are Monday to Friday, reputed company to 6pm, with some flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as needed. Compensation is $48.50 - $53.50/hour.
