Job Summary

As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in a highly customer-service-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
