Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented service representative to join our remote team. As a Remote Graveyard Shift Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service solutions to our clients, handling large volumes of inbound calls, and making consistent outbound calls. You will be expected to maintain a sense of reputed company, adhere to company policies and procedures, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls

• Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Flexibility with scheduling and work hours

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience

• Experience working with an automatic dialer
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Experience in BOTH inbound and outbound environments

Computer Skills

* Familiarity with Windows, reputed company Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software with provided training

• Proficient in typing
• Ability to work on a PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10
