Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing approved quotes returned by customers for accuracy, exercising discretion and judgment in assessing their validity.
- Setting up new customer reputed company in Service Trade based on approved quotes.
- Assigning service lines to reputed company as required.
- Reviewing repair quotes and ensuring jobs are assigned to the appropriate job.
- Verifying customer's tax status and contract details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assigning applicable customers' assets as needed for job.
- Assigning customers' labor reputed company to jobs, abiding by appropriate labor allocation agreements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to request required documentation as needed.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure reputed company data is entered both with consistency and in compliance with approved standard practices.
