Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits enrollment. • Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs, identifying areas for improvement
• Record employee enrollment in benefits, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Utilize specialty in a more reputed company aspect of Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of helping answer customer questions and resolving issues.
