Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to join reputed company. As a remote worker in Indiana, you will have the flexibility to work from home and take on challenging tasks while making a positive impact on the lives of millions of people. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to reputed company providers, answering questions, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an reputed company for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
  • Provide support to providers in a multi-channel environment, including call and reputed company chat
  • Quickly and appropriately triage contacts from reputed company, such as physician offices, clinics, and billing offices
  • Seek to understand and identify the needs of providers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Research and dissect reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and avoid repeat calls or messages
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers
  • Utilize strong multitasking skills to navigate over 30 systems, extracting necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across multiple lines of business
  • Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions and selling the benefits of the tool

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
  • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute with accuracy of 90%
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday between 10:35am – 7:05pm CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in a reputed company environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service role, using phones and computers as primary job tools
