You should be comfortable working with computers and have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed. A Windows computer capable of running multiple Chrome tabs without slowdown is also required. Additionally, you will need a headset compatible with your computer and a quiet work environment free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

While no experience is necessary, we prefer candidates with previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or call center environment. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively is crucial in this role. You should be available to work weekends, with the busiest times being Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings, and Monday mornings.
