Job Summary:

You'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting records, resolving issues, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with reputed company enrollment package records
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple regions and teams to deliver green resolutions
- Analyze and reconcile eligibility records between systems, identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
- Monitor and track records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality results

Required Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry
