Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering data, communicating status reports, and troubleshooting issues reputed company to reputed company messages, affidavits, and billing verification. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data of weekly/monthly affidavits, verifying that reputed company spots aired properly per station based on the duration, media type, cost, and date/time slot.
• Timely communicating weekly/monthly status reports to appropriate arenaflex staff for follow-up.
• Generating weekly/monthly reminders to request affidavits for billing verification.
• reputed company tracking receipt of affidavits and filing in the affidavits monthly folder.
• Reporting monthly to arenaflex staff, the status of the verification of the prior month's billing.
• Researching prior month(s) performance oddities and/or billing issues.
• Pulling billing reports for reconciled affidavit.
• Creating invoices in QuickBooks.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above functions, the Data Entry Specialist will:

• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Adapt flexible work processes to meet demands of the work week.
• Display customer-friendly service to reputed company stakeholders.

Qualifications
