About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, resolving claims and complaints in a fair and effective manner, and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications, ensuring that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively.

  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout the Customer Service workflow.
  • Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of reputed company experience in customer service or a similar field.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 2+ years of customer or account management experience.
