Energy Storage-Assistant Project Manager

Traveling PM Role-100% on a rotation Locations: AZ, TX, CA, CO RESPONSIBILITIES: Organization, flexibility, excellent customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which may include: reputed company cost control and financial management

• Work with Preconstruction on project estimate and schedule
• Coordinate scopes of work
• Review and compile pay applications, change requests, and another project financial documentation

Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive

• Draft client proposals
• Contract administration and management
• Award subcontracts

Provide direction to the project team for safe and timely project completion

• Act as liaison for project engineers, mentor, and coach others
• Provide job assignments and reputed company career development
• Direct responsibilities and guide Field Engineer(s) and Project Engineer(s)

reputed company subcontractors and suppliers for the project

• Supervise budget and reputed company recommendations for subcontractors and trade partners
• reputed company project buyout with subcontractors and trade partners
• Facilitate and reputed company meetings between subcontractors reputed company to project coordination

Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum six years of reputed company previous experience
• Demonstrated ability to assist with reputed company responsibilities for reputed company projects
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and reputed company multiple project tasks
• Possess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices

The reputed company compensation range for this role is: $99,500 - $134,300 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%) reputed company pay is positioned reputed company the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, reputed company, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
