General Overview of Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries reputed company telephone, email, and/or in-person in a customer service center. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that responses to inquiries are completed in a timely and professional manner, according to established service and quality standards. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members receive the support they need to navigate our dental programs.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Resolves customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepares adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Due to reputed company (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background reputed company.
