Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients.
