As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities:
* Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the reputed company by being proactive
- Appropriately communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Qualifications:
* 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Ability to recognize referral needs for customer

- Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions

- Availability to work various shifts
