Job Overview

As a Remote Chat and Text Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of services to clients, coordinating day-to-day operations of the program, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve the delivery of services. This is a full-time remote role that requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service to clients and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer reputed company chats and texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals
• Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of reputed company chatters
• Provide quality assurance of the program's service delivery
• Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, clearly, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders

Essential Qualifications
