Job Overview

The Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Experience with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn and navigate reputed company systems.
  • Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, between 10:35 AM and 7:05 PM CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a reputed company environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service role, with proficiency in using phones and computers as primary job tools.
