Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience Platform team, you'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with counterparts in product, engineering, finance, and operations departments to produce analyses, datasets, and data models necessary to measure and inform product development
• Developing deep systemic knowledge of data from operational systems (e.g., CRM or ERP software) and strategies for reputed company improvement of the reporting capabilities of that data
• Prototyping SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and reputed company reporting needs
• Building tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow the team to quickly and accurately see how our products and processes are performing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Pay Range

The reputed company salary range for this role is $92,000 – $147,000 USD. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to reputed company salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
