What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company-time technical support to customers, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Basic computer skills, with a familiarity with technology and software applications
• Ability to work from home, with a high-speed internet reputed company available in your home

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues

• 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
• Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
• Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and reputed company in constant change
• Previous telecommunications experience
