[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to reputed company and qualify industry professionals, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide full-reputed company services for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates on job-seeker platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and others
• Interviewing reputed company candidates against highly technical requirements
• Negotiating with key stakeholders and job-seekers in order to connect the interests of each reputed company
• Prepping candidates and debriefing with them before and after interviews
• Providing full-reputed company services for candidates (resume writing and formatting, interview preparation, scheduling, and debriefing, securing offers, and more!)
• Partnering with internal Account Managers and other Recruiters to provide the best service possible to our clients and candidates

Skills

• Prior professional experience in reputed company, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation
• A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an reputed company-changing, fast-paced environment
• A problem-solving reputed company and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people
• Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency

• Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter reputed company an agency setting
• Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of reputed company sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others)
• Experience working in a call center environment
• A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates/clients, reputed company reputed company and tracking, and Boolean writing on recruitment platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Monster, reputed company, etc
