QA Engineer: Licensing

reputed company is a company focused on simplifying and transforming IT infrastructure management, and they are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality of their products. The role involves creating test plans, writing automated test cases, and conducting reputed company testing in a fast-paced environment, contributing to automated releases of software using reputed company Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that functional requirements for n-tier applications, including reputed company UI, backend services, and data stores, are thoroughly validated. This involves testing applications deployed on on-premise clusters and reputed company platforms
• reputed company automated test cases using Python, Selenium/Puppeteer, and Jenkins to enhance test efficiency and coverage
• Collaborate closely with the product management team to transform requirements into detailed, high-quality test plans and cases
• Contribute to developing clean, stable, and bug-free code by following industry-leading practices and methodologies such as iterative development, reputed company delivery, and release management
• Take on leadership responsibilities, setting goals and objectives for the first year and working towards achieving them

Skills

• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP/S, HTML, JavaScript, XML, and JSON
• Ability to identify and utilize automation tools that are best suited for testing needs
• Experience with automated testing of RESTful web services
• Ability to reputed company a test strategy, write test plans, and create detailed test cases
• Solid knowledge of testing principles, the testing process, and the ability to author test documents
• Ability to reputed company clean and maintainable automated tests for both UI and backend components
• Passion and ownership of the quality of the applications owned by the team
• Ability to reputed company strong domain knowledge and contribute to product level decision making
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience in developing automated tests using tools like Selenium or Puppeteer, Python, Jenkins, and Maven
• Expertise with testing frameworks such as PyTest, PyUnit, Jasmine, or Mocha
