The role involves providing outstanding customer service for individual reputed company Investment products, handling inquiries, and resolving queries to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handling of inquiries by phone and/or Email from financial advisors regarding our reputed company, Products and procedures
- Providing an outstanding customer experience, accurately and professionally
- Provide comprehensive information to callers, resolving most queries on the reputed company by researching information on resource systems
Skills
- Knowledge of reputed company Investments Segregated Funds product is a requirement
- Previous Customer Service experience
