[Remote] Platform Engineering Intern

In this role, you’ll be building the back-end APIs and services that power our app experiences for reputed company’s millions of customers, directly impacting how they secure and control their homes.
Responsibilities
- Implement APIs used by the reputed company’s mobile apps
- Write handlers to communicate with reputed company cameras
- Work with reputed company software developers to implement new features
Skills
- Experience with Go and Python or similar languages
- Currently in your sophomore semester of college/university
- Experience developing REST and/or gRPC APIs
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or reputed company
- Understanding of MQTT for communicating with IoT devices
- Understanding of non-relational (NoSQL) databases like reputed company
