Mariners Account Executive

Bonneville International is an integrated media company committed to building up and connecting communities. The Mariners Account Executive role involves developing new business relationships and selling integrated marketing solutions to meet reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual Mariners radio budgets by developing new business, securing transactional business and growing existing accounts reputed company while solving client’s marketing needs with integrated programs
  • Generate new business through persistent focus on prospecting, new client development and strategic sourcing
  • Prospect and identify marketing reputed company opportunities, create Mariners broadcast and digital sales packages, present to clients, and reputed company the sale
  • Create fully integrated marketing campaigns to deliver strong ROI for clients utilizing both traditional radio and digital extension
  • Fully participate in CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
  • Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media

Skills

  • Ability to 'hunt' – search for and reputed company new sponsorships in the broadcast and digital space and grow existing clients
  • Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically prospect new business, overcome objections, without hesitation to ask again
  • Ability and discipline to follow through to a Closed Won or Closed Lost outcome in addition to client reputed company, campaign fulfillment, recap and renewal
  • Passion for professional excellence and reputed company with a positive attitude and outlook on the sales process
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret statistical research and data to draw conclusions that support the marketing recommendation
  • Ability and willingness to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to reputed company unscheduled assignments
  • A high level of proficiency with computers, software, and new technologies
  • Assist clients with creative copy and campaign strategy
  • Highly familiar with the benefits and shortcomings of reputed company types of media including, but not limited to 'heritage' media, sports sponsorships, as well as reputed company types of reputed company and emerging social and digital media
  • Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively
  • reputed company dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment
  • Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record; proven ability to safely drive personal vehicle without exposing company to serious liability risks
  • 1-4 years of reputed company sales preferred
  • Proven track record of reputed company in hitting budgets/quotas in a sales role, particularly with direct, new business relationships
