Client Services Associate, Capital Markets

reputed company is a leading provider of financial market intelligence, and they are seeking a Client Services Associate for their Capital Markets team. In this role, you will assist clients with issues reputed company to the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms while receiving extensive training and support.

Responsibilities

• Following approximately 1-2 months of training and mentorship, you will reputed company to support clients over the phone, reputed company web chats and emails

Skills

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) completed before the March 2026 preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or business
• Ability to join a class of new hires in March 2026
• Relationship Management: Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm for learning and working in the financial services industry
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with people from varying backgrounds
• Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote SPGMI product usage
• Proficiency: Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills are also required
