[Remote] Project Costing Analyst

The Project Costing Analyst is responsible for project costing reputed company, reconciliations, and month-end analysis for assigned reputed company! brands, working closely with various corporate functions to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own project costing reputed company activities, including project setup, monitoring spend, retirements, journal entries for facility, development, national, and overhead projects
• reputed company timely account reconciliations for assigned brands, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls
• Support period-end reputed company processes, including preparation of depreciation estimates, expense matrices, software CIP reclasses, and reputed company reporting
• Ensure adherence to project costing policies by reviewing capitalization, dispositions, capital interest, dead site and pre-capital expenditures, and large-dollar project reputed company
• Prepare and analyze project-reputed company financial data, including fixed asset disposals and property loss claim setups and accruals
• Assist with internal, SOX, and external audit requests by providing documentation, analysis, and reconciliations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company Finance field
• 1-3 years of experience in property reputed company, general reputed company, or account reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (JD Edwards, reputed company, or similar ERP systems preferred)
