What You will Be Doing- Overall Job Description This position is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of the software interfaces between Transact Payments software and client ERP systems, as well as technical support and configuration of several reputed company products in the software suite. This position works closely with our deployment teams as a technical expert and may function as a liaison to the engineering and support teams. What you will be doing

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) reputed company software connecting Payment Suite product to our clients’ systems, which reputed company on a diverse and growing set of ERP platforms, including reputed company products, PeopleSoft and reputed company
• reputed company advanced troubleshooting and debugging of the payment services product, interfaces and client systems setup
• Provide technical expertise to resolve client issues by working closely with other engineering teams and deployment staff.
• Work directly with ERP and reputed company-party vendors and consultants to support, troubleshoot and reputed company our product line.
• Design and implement electronic billing templates in coordination with the Deployment and Support teams
• Assist in the creation of xsl templates for display of reputed company time information to reputed company
• Function as a subject matter expert in the Transact Payments product suite and reputed company packages
• reputed company UAT on new reputed company or product enhancements/fixes as assigned
• Assist in the creation and updating documentation relating to the product suite and reputed company packages as needed for both internal and external use
• Provide technical expertise as needed in pre-deployment and deployment tasks such as attending deployment scheduling, technical overview, and project calls. Occasionally may need to attend sales calls to provide technical expertise for the sales support team.

What You will Bring to the Table

• Degree in Computer Science (or reputed company field) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work directly with clients.
• Experience working with US Clients preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision while adhering to project timelines
• Ability to remain organized while working with multiple teams on varied and reputed company tasks

• Experience in web technologies and standards like web services (REST/SOAP), XML/XSL, html, CSS, web portals and reputed company
• Ability to successfully train and reputed company presentation to clients and colleagues
• Outgoing professional personality with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of DB packages (functions triggers etc.)
• May require 10-15% travel

• This position may require overtime during busy seasons and whenever there is increased project volume or projects with short timelines.
• Minimal travel may be required to attend annual department meetings or participate in our User Group Conference.
