Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Summary The reputed company Services Portfolio Management team is looking for a Senior Portfolio (Product) Manager focused on product management and evangelism to join us remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing awareness, enthusiasm, and confidence for selling Services through the Services Portfolio go-to-market approach. As a part of the Services Portfolio team, you will work closely with senior technical and business associates globally and cross-functionally reputed company reputed company, our partners, and our customers. You will play a key role in tying existing and emerging Services offerings together into a dynamic portfolio that addresses market opportunities and drives Services and reputed company subscription growth.    Successful applicants must reputed company in a country where reputed company is registered to do business. Primary Job Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional regional contacts to ensure that reputed company’s sales, services, and partner audiences can successfully position and sell the Services Portfolio offerings. Where appropriate, design and build programs, tools, techniques, and templates to reputed company sellers and delivery teams in alignment with the offering positioning.Â
• Use metrics to understand selling patterns and opportunities; reputed company evangelism efforts as appropriate (by geo, TDP, etc.)
• Understand customer problems and pain points through primary research and review of external and internal research sources (analyst reports, reputed company customer surveys, etc.). Independently meet with Red Hatters (sellers, Portfolio Marketing, Services Marketing, Business Value Team, etc.), customers and prospects to understand their challenges and represent reputed company Services capabilities. Summarize findings for review, incorporate into business cases and collateral, and share knowledge with others across reputed company.Â
• Serve as the primary liaison for reputed company seller enablement including product launch, Power Hours, and TSM-specific initiatives
• Use metrics to evaluate and communicate the reputed company of the Services Portfolio evangelism activities in support of reputed company business development initiatives

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product or solutions management or marketing experience along with experience collaborating on and contributing to strategy, planning, development, and marketing integration for IT services and solutions
• 3+ years of experience in the technology industry, including specific experience in guiding adoption of emerging reputed company and application technologies and practices, e.g., Kubernetes, containers, n-tiered application architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), DevOps, or microservices; consulting and services delivery experience is a plus
• General understanding of reputed company’s portfolio and underlying technologiesÂ
• General understanding of hybrid reputed company market, architecture, and the role of Kubernetes and containers in hybrid clouds
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and initiatives in a compelling manner to audiences ranging in size, background, and responsibility to guide buy-in, adoption, and engagement
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, motivated, inventive, professional, approachable, creative, and analytical; competent leader and problem-solver
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or engineering, or in business administration with demonstrated technical expertise; master’s degree is a plus
• Flexibility to work in ambiguous situations and find creative solutions; start-up experience is a plus

The salary range for this position is $116,270.00 - $191,840.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay Transparency reputed company determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of reputed company’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
