• *About the Position:**

As a key member of the Transaction Readiness team, the Senior Transaction Advisor will work with our clients throughout the exit planning process to increase the likelihood of a successful transaction.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Prepare financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations

• Work directly with clients to obtain, review, analyze, and present financial data
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpret reputed company financial data to provide meaningful insights to business owners
• reputed company financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Help drive the monthly reputed company process and provide executive-facing commentary & analysis on performance
• Consolidate and analyze financial information and trends and communicate results and recommendations to management
• Play a key role in the preparation of strategic and long-range plans
• Create and drive the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Analyze net working capital requirements and reporting and prepare purchase price adjustments reputed company to business transactions
• *Qualifications:**

• Previous M&A transaction experience required

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building and maintaining financial models
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate drivers effectively to reputed company levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting reputed company and asking questions to senior executives
• Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity is a plus, including experience with Quality of Earnings analysis
• Ability to adhere to firm deadlines
• Tech savvy with expert reputed company skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
