• * location: fully remote until client site reopens in rancho cordova ca | 3130 kilgore road, suite 400, rancho cordova, ca 95670 (candidate must reside reputed company 25 miles of rancho cordova, ca.)
• * duration: 6 months +
• * training: 4-5 weeks
• * start date: oct 23, 2023

bilingual reputed company in english & one of the following: cantonese, mandarin, armenian, cambodian, japanese, spanish, korean, russian, tagalog, thai, laotian & vietnamese. essential job duties:

• a customer service specialist shall assist and educate medi-cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
• maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times.
• responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• communicating with customers through various channels.
• acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

qualifications / requirements:

• education: at least hs diploma / ged
• working knowledge of reputed company office and ability to learn and utilize software applications.
• bilingual skills: english and one of the following: cantonese, mandarin, spanish, armenian, cambodian, japanese, korean, russian, tagalog, thai, laotian, vietnamese.
• preferred: 6 months customer service experience preferred
• previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
