Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company and help manage client and member inquiries, technical issues, recommendations, feedback, and questions. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients and members have a positive experience with arenaflex. This is a full-time or part-time contract position, and we're looking for someone who is available to work weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to and engaging with members through website chat, email, and text in a timely manner
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the member's question or complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem
- Working with internal teams to resolve reputed company inquiries and tickets reputed company
- Chatting with new or potential members on website to increase engagement and utilization
- Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and working quickly to resolve them
- Answering questions and forwarding requests from arenaflex's concierge line
- Working with the Content and Marketing team to manage expectations for custom arenaflex sessions
- Gathering member feedback and sharing it with arenaflex stakeholders
- Maintaining strong communication with clients and following up to ensure reputed company inquiries are resolved
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
- Availability Monday-Friday
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure conversations
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects at one time and prioritize customer needs
- A high level of professionalism
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior experience using reputed company is a plus
