• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients and providers, answering inbound calls and emails with reputed company and professionalism.
• Assist patients with questions about medical equipment, insurance coverage, and reputed company services.
• Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, co-insurance, and deductibles.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and submit physician orders to insurance carriers reputed company required.
• Navigate multiple EMR systems to review and update patient records accurately.
