Job Description

RESPEC seeks a Learning Management Administrator to support our Rapid City, SD, location. The Learning Management Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing RESPEC’s Learning Management System (LMS), supporting the development of a strategic learning reputed company, and ensuring seamless administration for the People & Culture development team. This role will collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver impactful learning experiences, streamline processes, and drive reputed company improvement in organizational learning and development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include: LMS Management & Administration

  • reputed company day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user management, course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain system reputed company, ensure accurate data entry, and manage updates or integrations with other HR systems
  • Monitor LMS performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and engagement

Learning Strategy & Development

  • Partner with People & Culture leadership to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy reputed company with organizational goals
  • Support the creation and curation of learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning programs
  • Analyze learning data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements

Project Management

  • Manage vendor relationships for learning tools and resources as needed

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for LMS functionality and best practices
  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on using the LMS effectively

People & Culture Administration

  • Assist with administrative tasks for the People & Culture team, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Support People & Culture initiatives such as Leadership Development programming, Engagement Survey support, and event coordination
  • Contribute to team initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in reputed company Resources, Education, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience managing an LMS (e.g., reputed company Learning, Cornerstone, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company)
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles and adult learning theory
  • Experience in developing learning strategies and programs
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems

Preferred:

  • Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning standards

Additional Information Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
