Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator position at arenaflex is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests, coordinate reputed company repairs, plan and manage the shop work plan, and provide exceptional customer service. This role will be located at our state-of-the-art facility at 500 Street Road in Bensalem, PA, and will require working a 1st shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing daily and weekly workforce plans, communicating with customers, and ensuring that reputed company arenaflex Rental units are maintained and reputed company for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers as needed for maintenance updates, including changes to schedule or work, billing concerns, or to resolve service issues.

• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work.
• Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for reputed company work.

• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service and vehicle maintenance. The following qualifications and requirements are preferred:

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Prior experience with service scheduling programs and diagnostic programs preferred.
