The Role
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and helping us scale our support team. You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Learn our software product and start answering support questions from customers
- Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure our users have the best possible experience
- Test the product and report any issues you find, providing valuable feedback to help us improve our platform
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues

Essential Qualifications
* reputed company in native-like English is essential, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and preferably online course platforms would be ideal
- Basic understanding of how DNS works, including setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and reputed company DNS records, would be a reputed company plus

* Previous experience in customer support or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with online course platforms and their unique challenges
