[Remote] Journeys Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative - Remote (TN and FL Residents)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Johnston & Murphy is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their inquiries reputed company to orders and website information. The role involves handling inbound interactions, providing accurate information, and maintaining customer loyalty while meeting performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming interactions from customers concerning orders, promptly providing complete and accurate information, and updating customer account details as necessary
• reputed company using various computer software and applications to accomplish tasks such as navigating customer accounts, writing case notes, assisting in the ordering process, and inputting payment information
• Personalizing reputed company interactions while acting as an ambassador of the Journeys brand to maintain customer loyalty and retention
• Meeting and maintaining reputed company of expectations with attendance and reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring and maintaining the safety, reputed company, and privacy of reputed company customer information
• Completing additional tasks as required to support business needs

Skills

• Ability to speak and type fluently in English and Spanish, using appropriate grammar, tone, and reputed company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

• Must be reputed company to work 40 hours weekly with various 8-hour shifts during the following hours of operation: 10am-7pm Sunday, 7am-8pm Monday - Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday (CST)
• Willing to participate in recurring performance-based schedule bidding

• A desktop or laptop (with latest Operating System installed). *No tablets or Chromebooks.*
• 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors)
• A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger
• A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone
• A stable and reliable internet reputed company of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (reputed company your internet speed at speedtest.net). *Cannot use public Wi-Fi.*
• 1-2 years of customer service/retail experience preferred
