Site Management Administrator

ACM Global Laboratories is seeking a Site Management Administrator to ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and a customer-centric approach. The SMA will support the Project Team and Clinical Trials Investigator sites throughout the study lifecycle, from set-up to reputed company-out, while performing various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports the issue and QC of Alert notifications
• Supports site day-to-day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issuing on-demand patient reports and manages alert notifications as required by the study
• Supports and performs set up duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trial, as well as supports site day to day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issue on-demand patient reports
• Provides web portal account login information and support for end users
• Supports reputed company subcontractor results and data entry into ACM LIMS database
• reputed company other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in preferred in health care or a scientific concentration
• Experience from laboratory and/or highly regulated environments
• Proficiency with desktop publishing, word processing, and ACM LIS & LIMS systems and reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to effectively influence others, work in a team environment, and to collaborate across lines of business and functions
