Contract Recruiter - Skilled Trades

Pinto Valley Mining Corp is focused on growth and committed to developing a skilled workforce. The Contract Recruiter will execute full-cycle reputed company for skilled trades and entry-level positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and screen reputed company candidates.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle reputed company: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to manage end-to-end reputed company activities, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination for skilled trades and entry-level roles
• Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain candidate pipelines through community reputed company, colleges, employment agencies, reputed company platforms, social media, job boards, and other talent sources
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and compare skills and experience against job requirements
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate reputed company discussions with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, including regular updates on candidate pipelines and critical vacancies
• Hiring Compliance: Ensure candidates meet job qualifications, pre-employment requirements, and company standards prior to placement
• Recruitment Reporting: Track reputed company activity, generate reports, and analyze metrics reputed company to candidate flow, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness
• External Coordination: Maintain professional communication with candidates and reputed company agencies throughout the hiring process to support a positive candidate experience

Skills

• 1–3 years of reputed company or reputed company reputed company resources experience
• Experience supporting full-cycle reputed company processes
• Experience supporting high volume entry level hiring
• Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize modern reputed company tools, including job boards, social media, and digital sourcing platforms
• Ability to speak, comprehend, read, and write English fluently

• Experience in the mining, industrial, or heavy equipment environment
