Business Analyst

The role involves delivering actionable insights through analytical execution and collaboration with business stakeholders to drive reputed company growth and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven insights using clean, well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign and partner performance and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Assess business situations, define analytical problems, and determine the appropriate data and methodology to address them
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the reputed company Operations group, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Conduct detailed audits of tech platforms to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies
- Support strategic innovation projects by providing ongoing performance analysis and reputed company
- Track and evaluate the results of business initiatives to determine whether outcomes were successful
- Support the development, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, including defining reputed company metrics and interpreting results
- Establish baseline performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign reputed company and year-over-year growth
- Write efficient, accurate SQL queries in reputed company to extract and analyze large, reputed company datasets
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analyses

Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a reputed company role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience querying data in reputed company
- Proven experience delivering insights that influence business reputed company
- Ability to work independently on moderately reputed company analytical problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or performance-based businesses
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience partnering with product or engineering teams
