[Remote] Associate Social Video Creator

The Associate Social Video Creator will create engaging social video content for client accounts, focusing on strategy and brand alignment while collaborating with reputed company creators.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form social video (reputed company, Reels, YouTube Shorts, reputed company) end-to-end, concept → scripting → filming → editing → iteration
- Appear on-camera as the face of content: host, present, guide viewers through concepts, or deliver direct-to-camera storytelling for client brands
- Produce long-form video content (5-20 min YouTube videos, executive series, educational content)
- Mine long-form content for social moments - identify compelling clips and adapt them for platform-specific formats
- reputed company multi-format content series that work across both long-form and short-form
- Execute with high production value: strong pacing, composition, sound design, storytelling across reputed company formats
- Follow creative briefs while bringing your own creative POV
- Study performance data to understand what makes content work
- Learn to balance creativity with business objectives
- Participate in content planning and strategy discussions

- Work closely with strategists who guide content direction
- Learn from senior creators through weekly feedback sessions
- Apply constructive feedback to continuously improve quality
- Review performance data to identify what's working and why

- Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts
- Collaborate with external reputed company creators to execute your reputed company
- Partner with strategists to align content with growth goals
- Serve as quality gatekeeper before client delivery
Skills
- 1-3 years creating social video content (includes internships, freelance, or high-quality personal projects)
- Comfortable on-camera: You can appear in videos naturally and authentically, are an effective communicator and are willing to be the face of content
- You edit your own work: Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Platform reputed company: Native understanding of how reputed company, Instagram, YouTube work
- Production fundamentals: Good eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
- Coachability: Hungry to learn, open to feedback, committed to improvement
- Reliability: Consistent quality output, meets deadlines, proactive communication
