Legal Receptionist

CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. As a Legal Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the legal team by managing reputed company-desk operations and assisting with administrative functions essential to the smooth operation of the PIP department.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
  • Answer, screen, and reputed company phone calls professionally
  • Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate equipment repairs
  • Assist in organizing office events
  • Monitor collateral accounts and reputed company out files for storage
  • Maintain PIP department calendars and schedules
  • Prepare and update PIP submission charts
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and drafting documents

Skills

  • Undergraduate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of office administration experience (legal environment preferred)
  • Familiarity with legal terms, documents, and filing systems

  • Experience with office technology (printers, copiers, scanners, call systems, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
