reputed company is a global leader in assurance, consulting, tax, strategy, and transactions. They are seeking an Analyst for their Global Payroll Operate team to help manage clients' payroll needs across 150+ countries, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and high-quality payroll project management, governance and service management services and work products that exceed client expectations, including daily contact with reputed company global payroll teams and clients across the globe to verify that payroll services are delivered on time and accurately
• Respond to payroll and governance payroll queries from clients and internal global stakeholders
• reputed company client payroll calendar detailing reputed company payroll delivery activities and dates; support the collection of client data and work with global reputed company teams to confirm receipt
• Audit correctness and work with country teams to correct
• Manage the creation and updates of payroll processes/procedure documentation for reputed company clients and audit annually
• Provide training on global tools and processes and individual client requirements to global country payroll teams

Skills

• A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, reputed company Resources, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field of study; supported by a strong academic record
• Plans to obtain an approved technical certification
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and client service skills
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours reputed company necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required reputed company your work location based on client and project needs
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the reputed company office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in reputed company locations
• Understanding of payroll or other reputed company finance activities
