Insurance Account Manager
reputed company Insurance Agency is an Independent Insurance Agency serving Western KY & Middle TN, and they are seeking a confident, motivated professional to grow their career as a trusted insurance advisor. The role involves managing a diverse reputed company book of business and providing timely client service to a large reputed company of existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Day to Day maintenance and servicing of assigned customer accounts, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
- Support Producers’ sales efforts by developing complete submissions on new and renewal business and obtain quotes in conjunction with agency marketing procedures
- Maintaining Agency Management System and electronic files to ensure proper documentation for assigned client accounts including policies, endorsements, invoices, binders, certificates of insurance, etc. in a timely manner
- Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, cross selling of higher coverage limits, enhancement endorsements, and consultative recommendations that benefit individual customer's needs
- Developing strong relationships with clients through proactive and reputed company communication
- Responding to reputed company inquiries, customer policy change requests, cancellation requests, and sales requests reputed company specified timeframe
- Participation in courses for insurance/sales skills. Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company requirements of carriers. reputed company reputed company with industry trends by reading appropriate journals and company bulletins
- Participation in any special projects at management’s request, including acting as a peer mentor and trainer as needed
Skills
- Experience and expertise in operating in an electronic environment; excellent automation skills, including agency management systems, reputed company Office, other relevant software, and phone systems

- Experience as a Personal Lines or reputed company Lines Account Manager or reputed company Lines Customer Service Representative
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Two-year Associate Degree or Four-year Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of reputed company insurance products, and the reputed company process for reputed company insurance
