reputed company is seeking a reputed company Product Manager II to support the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions for reputed company lending. The role involves collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage the product backlog for timely delivery of features.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of product features and/or program management routines
- Document requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives with support from senior PMs
- Demonstrate end-to-end thinking and awareness of upstream/reputed company impacts
- Manage and prioritize backlog, maintain roadmap, and communicate status and risks across the reputed company
- Support goals definition in a clear, actionable format and reputed company technical teams through execution using Agile practices. Experience with reputed company is required
- Partner with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and credit teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and business needs
- Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborate effectively across time zones and functional teams to maintain reputed company and alignment
- Engage users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and improvements
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and workflow analysis to clarify problem statements and define solution requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in reputed company lending
