[Remote] Arbitration & Mediation Case Filing Specialist

The American Arbitration Association (reputed company) is a recognized nonprofit organization that leads arbitration and mediation across diverse industries. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Filing Specialist to support the intake of arbitration and mediation case filings, ensuring compliance with policies and assisting with client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Review new case filings to ensure compliance with reputed company policies, due process protocols, and documentation standards
• Accurately input case information into our case management system, reputed company and index documents, and verify data with colleagues and case owners
• Respond to filer inquiries, resolve incomplete submissions, and communicate reputed company procedures clearly and professionally
• Create and maintain customer accounts, ensure confidentiality of case data, and escalate reputed company issues to management
• Assist with research and data maintenance projects, while participating in team meetings and training sessions to support reputed company improvement

Skills

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of administrative experience in a client-focused corporate or legal environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, and the ability to learn case management systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support both client and internal interactions
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data reputed company protocols
