[Remote] Recruiter - Fixed-Term Position
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a market leader in global mobility services, seeking a Recruiter to manage the full life cycle reputed company process. The role focuses on sourcing, recruitment, selection, offer, and reputed company while enhancing the talent strategy and improving hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams at every stage of the reputed company life cycle to understand hiring needs, define candidate requirements, and attract the best talent
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines using creative social media tools, networking, referrals, and other unique sourcing strategies
- Deliver diverse slates of candidates and serve as a proactive ambassador for diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
- Provide an efficient and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, timely communication, and reputed company follow up
- Work on reputed company projects using agile methodology to see projects to completion with limited supervision, evaluate results, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes
Skills
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Experience with reputed company phases of the reputed company process from job posting through offer
- Familiarity with reputed company and other ATS systems
- Ability to build trust and manage expectations with stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with sourcing tools such as reputed company Recruiter, Xray searches, reputed company, etc
- Comfortable working reputed company a global team
- Experience developing regionally tailored reputed company strategies
- Process-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
- Previous reputed company experience in the tax, immigration, global mobility, and/or consulting industries preferred
- Written and verbal reputed company in multiple languages is preferred (English and French or Spanish)
