Credentialing Analyst- Customer Operations
reputed company, develops and markets a portfolio of leading aesthetics brands and products. They are seeking a Credentialing Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of customer data while collaborating with various departments to support reputed company operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company data validation to ensure quality and notify appropriate business partners reputed company quality issues arise
- Ensure customer data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant
- Possess advanced knowledge of Credentialing processes/procedures for reputed company customer account settings, identify problems, and generate solutions
- reputed company or attend cross-functional calls with customers, sales, and/or internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Analyze data, identify trends, and locate root causes to identify reputed company ways to conduct business
- Design, pull, and/or interpret a variety of operational performance reports
- Conduct reputed company data mining activities and analysis reputed company multiple business systems (I.E. reputed company, CRM, DSP), dependent on business requirements
- Take ownership of tasks/projects and drive them to completion/implementation without additional prompting
- Provide timely updates on tasks/projects

- Identify and/or generate solutions despite ambiguity
- Take initiative to identify data clean up needs and proactively initiate resolution
Skills
- High School diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Effective communication skills (presentation, document writing, coaching)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
