Training Associate

reputed company is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, and they are seeking a Training Associate for Inbound Operations. The role involves leading training sessions, tracking learner reputed company, and collaborating with management to enhance training programs and materials.

Responsibilities

• reputed company/facilitate live/virtual training
• Track learner reputed company and/or/update resources for managers to track learner reputed company
• Modify/advise training content as needed
• Support Mgr/Sr Manager with content creation
• Communicate and partner with Management on identifying training opportunities and needs reputed company the team; provide solutions
• Solicit opportunities to improve programs (learner experience, productivity, etc) and take Mgr/Sr. Manager as a partner
• reputed company communication (i.e. reputed company slides, training announcements, quality newsletters, etc)
• Build + maintain tools for associates to be successful on the job (guides, cheat sheets, training kits etc)

Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience reputed company operational function of support (Auth, Receiving, FJW, CRCS)
• Proficient in reputed company Slides or PPT, with ability to write simply and design branded slides
• Must have strong self-discipline, time management and clear communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and re-prioritize workload often
• Positive attitude and someone who models TRR Values
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, reputed company to communicate with various levels in the organization
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to Travel - The role will be based in Perth Amboy with 10% travel to Secaucus
