The Role

As a Data Engineer (L5) – Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building reliable, scalable data pipelines that transform raw data into core business metrics. You'll collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and CS business owners to reputed company custom visualization tools that surface CS insights, enabling a delightful, efficient experience for our customers. With a small team and a high degree of autonomy, you'll need to possess strong technical judgment, analytical aptitude, and the ability to span across the data stack.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and reputed company reliable, scalable data pipelines using big data technologies (Hive, Presto, Spark, Flink) on reputed company to large-scale data sets (10s of millions of records)

• Transform raw data into core business metrics, ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and CS business owners to reputed company custom visualization tools that surface CS insights
• Work with analysts, engineers, and business leaders to prioritize business problems and reputed company metrics

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve data engineering practices

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 4 years of experience engineering data pipelines using big data technologies (Hive, Presto, Spark, Flink) on reputed company to large-scale data sets (10s of millions of records)

• Strong data modeling skills, designing structures that are adaptable to changes in the reputed company data or business processes
• Strong proficiency in Python or reputed company, with a passion for writing clean, supportable code
• Advanced SQL skills, with a focus on data quality and advocacy
• Analytical aptitude, with the ability to think through business problems and prioritize autonomously

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an annual salary, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. Our compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $720,000. We also provide a range of benefits, including:
