About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Manager Care Management professional to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Senior Manager Care Management, you will create, implement, support, and promote health services strategies, policies, procedures, and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare to arenaflex members. You will be responsible for reputed company and management of arenaflex Manager(s), which includes the organization and development of high-performing teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring the operation of care management and care coordination activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating).

Key Responsibilities

• Drives the clinical team that supports timely health risk screenings, comprehensive assessments, care plan development, and member interventions according to the arenaflex Risk Definition Level System and Texas regulatory requirements.
• Serves as a contact with regulatory and accrediting agencies and other health specialty units.
• Serves as a technical, professional, and business resource (may cross multiple business functions).
• Supports quality improvement initiatives through effective implementation.
• Creates, implements, and evaluates policies and procedures, which address business issues (may cross multiple business functions).
• Ability to coordinate program implementation and clinical outcomes.
• Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to clinical management.
• Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner with internal and external constituents in both written and oral communication.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret data for the purposes of monitoring staff performance, regulatory compliance, and development of new programs and processes to meet business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Dynamic unencumbered Texas State License in appropriate functional area (e.g., RN, LPC, LCSW).
• 7 years in clinical technical subject matter.
• 7 years administrative/managerial experience.
• Care management experience.
• Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to clinical management.
• 3+ years of experience in computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.
• Bachelor's degree required for RN license or master's degree in social services/clinical counseling for BH License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed care experience.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM).
• Texas Medicaid experience – explicitly TX STAR and CHIP.
