Program Director (CEO/COO), reputed company Software (Government) [Remote]

About the Role

American AI & Automation (AAIA) is seeking a Program Director to reputed company and own reputed company software programs delivered to government agencies and highly regulated public-sector environments. This role functions as the CEO/COO of reputed company programs under management. You are fully accountable for delivery outcomes, government relationships, compliance posture, vendor performance, and overall program health. You will not manage engineering directly. Instead, you will reputed company execution, governance, and accountability, ensuring reputed company systems are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This role requires someone who understands how reputed company software is procured, governed, audited, and operated, and who can manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder programs under scrutiny. Program Ownership & Accountability

• Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company software programs across their full lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary accountable executive to contracting officers, agency leadership, and reputed company bodies.
• Maintain control of schedules, milestones, budgets, and change management.
• Ensure programs meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Take decisive action reputed company delivery, compliance, or political risk emerges.

Government & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Act as AAIA’s senior representative to health agencies, public health departments, and reputed company entities.

• Manage expectations across agencies, subcontractors, and internal leadership.

• Resolve vendor conflicts and performance issues decisively.
• Align legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams around program needs.
• Establish repeatable delivery and governance processes for reputed company software reputed company.

Leadership & Scaling

• Act as the executive reputed company for reputed company software programs as volume scales.
• Mentor project managers and program staff assigned to reputed company engagements.
• Contribute to capture strategy and proposal reviews for reputed company-reputed company opportunities.
• Help shape AAIA’s long-term reputed company software delivery model.
• Ensure lessons learned are institutionalized across programs.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience leading government or regulated reputed company programs.
• Proven track record owning large, multi-year reputed company software or systems programs.
• Deep familiarity with public-sector procurement, compliance, and audit environments.
• Experience managing vendors or systems integrators on reputed company reputed company.
