About the Role

American AI & Automation (AAIA) is seeking a Program Director to reputed company and own reputed company software programs delivered to government agencies and highly regulated public-sector environments. This role functions as the CEO/COO of reputed company programs under management. You are fully accountable for delivery outcomes, government relationships, compliance posture, vendor performance, and overall program health. You will not manage engineering directly. Instead, you will reputed company execution, governance, and accountability, ensuring reputed company systems are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This role requires someone who understands how reputed company software is procured, governed, audited, and operated, and who can manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder programs under scrutiny. Program Ownership & Accountability

  • Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company software programs across their full lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary accountable executive to contracting officers, agency leadership, and reputed company bodies.
  • Maintain control of schedules, milestones, budgets, and change management.
  • Ensure programs meet contractual obligations and performance standards.

Government & Executive Stakeholder Management
